The growing popularity of fashionable matt finishes means that the demand for matt OEM car finish repairs is increasing.

D8115 Matt Clearcoat and D8117 Semi-Gloss Clearcoat.

These clearcoats can be used alone or mixed together to achieve a wide range of final gloss levels, providing an easy to use and flexible solution to match any matt OEM finish.

D8115 and D8117 are both easy to apply, and to perform excellently when denibing. They can be applied over rigid plastics without the need for special additives, providing a tough and durable finish.

 Spray viscosity DIN4/20°C

Spraygun Size

1.2 - 1.4 mm.

 

Number of Coats

1 Full single coat + 1 Full single coat followed immediately by a lighter (½ coat) cross coat.

Drying times

Through dry at 60°C

 

30 minutes with D8237 / D8238 and 40 minutes with D8239.
