PPG is proud to be participating in the international event, Customer Service Week 2018.

This celebration sees thousands of companies across the globe recognise the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.

PPG prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. Handling over 40,000 calls and emails a year on various topics from colour formations to IT software questions, the Customer Service team in Head Quarters are often the first point of help when contacting us.

Karen King, Customer and Sales Support Manager comments; "Delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for our customers is what drives the team. It's great that there is a dedicated week to promote the hard work that the team does, we have the best customers and it is a pleasure to support them".
