PPG wins the 2016 Paint Brand of the Year at the Irish Auto Trade Awards

At this year’s 2015 Irish Auto Trade Awards, hosted at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin, PPG was chosen as Paint Brand Of The Year 2016.

John McGowan, PPG Ireland Business Manager, received the award on the night from Padraic Deane, Managing Editor at Automotive Publications, model Christina and Entrepreneur Sean Gallagher.

John McGowan commented “This award is a fantastic achievement by the Ireland & UK team! I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. Our Ireland business has been strong year on year and this award commends all the hard work and effort put in by the team. We will continue to build on this success to ensure we consistently deliver true customer value to our relationships. Again, thank you to all the staff and to all our customers who have travelled with us on this journey”.

Other nominees in the category included Cromax, DeBeers, Glasurit, PPG, Selemix, Sikkens and Spies Hecker.

The Awards ceremony on Saturday Night followed the first day of the Auto Trade EXPO at the same venue.
