Following a dramatic day of BTCC action at Croft, Jason Plato lands yet another victory! At Croft Circuit's third Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship race Jason Plato gained the 70th win of his career.
Having missed the first race because of mechanical problems with his car, Plato won the final race at Croft to bring him up to 192 points in the championship. This leaves Plato just 28 points behind Honda driver Sheddon who currently takes 2nd place in the championship standings. Team mate Andy Neate currently remains in 17th position after a difficult season so far.
As the British Touring Car Championship now enters its 7 week summer break before Snetteron, the MG KX Momentum team are just 16 points away from 3rd position in the BTCC Team Standings. Racing resumes on the weekend of the 11th and 12th of August at Norfolk's Snetterton circuit.
If the second half of the BTCC 2012 season is as good as the first, we are in for a very exciting run of motor racing for the MG KX Momentum Racing Team.
